4.4 Refund Policy
4.4.1
Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered, all purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or the download has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), which excludes the right of withdrawal for “the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.”
4.4.2
By purchasing a digital product or service from our platform, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This waiver is confirmed by ticking the required checkbox during the checkout process, as mandated by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
4.4.3
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: (i) failure to provide access to the purchased product or service due to a verified technical error on our part; (ii) delivery of an incorrect product that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe; or (iii) other instances where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws. To request a refund, you must contact our support team via the support form in the “My Account” section of your dashboard within 7 calendar days of the purchase. Your request must include your full name, order reference, and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually, respond within a reasonable timeframe and approve or reject refund requests at our sole discretion.
4.4.4
Refunds will not be issued for partial use, non-completion, or dissatisfaction with any purchased digital product or service. Users are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and access conditions before purchase.
