Looking for an exciting summer abroad? Join our travel agency in Alanya for the 2026 season and gain real experience in tourism operations at one of the Turkish Riviera’s most popular destinations. Working from our centrally located office, you’ll help organise daily excursions for Czech and Slovak customers alongside native-speaking guides. You’ll join an international team during the busy summer season, with flexible working hours (office open daily from 8:00 to 24:00). A minimum commitment of 2–3 months is required.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will support our daily operations through tasks such as:

• Responding to guest enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and online chat
• Advising customers on available trips and assisting with sales
• Supporting general office administration and basic maintenance tasks
• Guiding short customer excursions (e.g. boat trips, rafting, city tours)
• Assisting with website translations and content updates
• Managing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Reviewing and updating website information
• Collaborating with our international team

Training and learning elements of internship

You will acquire knowledge on:	Travel agency operations & booking processes, Tourism market dynamics in Mediterranean destinations, Excursion planning & coordination logistics, Online travel business management
You will acquire skills in:	Customer service & client communication, Tourism sales & upselling techniques, Multilingual business communication, Social media content management, Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Skills and experience

Fluent Slovak or Czech is required (native or near-native level) to communicate with customers from Czechia and Slovakia. Good command of English (minimum B1–B2 level) for daily communication within the international team. No previous experience required — full training will be provided on-site. Friendly, communicative and service-oriented personality, comfortable handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat. Bonus skills are welcome: social media/online marketing, basic SEO, content writing, photography/videography, editing or other digital skills.
