Easy.ee is looking for a motivated, English-speaking intern to join us for a 3โ€“6 month paid internship in our Tallinn office. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and strategic writing โ€” with the potential to become a full-time member of our team afterwards. There is a huge shortage of grant writers all over Europe, so this skill will provide you with a high-paid job for years.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As an intern at Easy.ee, you'll work directly with our core team and gain deep insight into how companies apply for EU and national grants. Your tasks will include:
  • Assisting in the writing and editing of grant proposals, business plans, and funding applications.
  • Using our AI-powered tools to automate and refine content.
  • Researching relevant grants and funding calls across the EU.
  • Collaborating with our grant advisors, software team, and client managers.
  • Supporting reporting processes and understanding post-funding compliance.
  • Helping real companies โ€” from startups to universities โ€” turn ideas into funded projects.

Training and learning elements of internship

You will acquire knowledge on: This internship offers both impact and learning. Youโ€™ll gain insight into EU and national funding (e.g. Horizon Europe), the structure of successful proposals, business modelling basics, and the use of AI in admin and strategy, while tackling real challenges in the startup and innovation ecosystem.
You will acquire skills in: Beyond gaining knowledge, youโ€™ll build valuable skills in AI-assisted grant writing, business planning, strategic communication, international research, automation, and project coordination โ€” applicable across tech, consulting, writing, and entrepreneurship.

YOUR PROFILE

Education Weโ€™re looking for students or recent graduates in business, communication, public policy, tech, or humanities (preferably masterโ€™s or final-year bachelorโ€™s students).
Skills and experience
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Curious about AI, tech innovation, and startups.
  • Ideally you're a good writer, a structured thinker, and a quick learner.
  • Any tech, business, creative writing, and project management background comes in handy.
  • Any experience in research, proposal writing, or working with startups gives you an advantage.
