My Internship is a platform that connects students with Erasmus+ internship opportunities for international experience and growth. We bridge the gap left by traditional career services, offering tailored guidance, resources, and education to help students land interviews, build skills, and confidently pursue their career goals—whether abroad or at home.
Unlike typical job boards, My Internship combines career education with internship opportunities provided through Erasmus+ program. We are dedicated to supporting early-career professionals (students and graduates) in building both skills and experience.
My Internship is more than a hiring platform—it’s a partnership. We see companies and nonprofits as valued partners, not just participants, and focus on building meaningful connections. Through a personal touch and ongoing engagement, we aim to enable companies to share unique industry perspectives and actively contribute to student development journey.
Currently, My Internship focuses exclusively on Erasmus+ internships, ideal for students seeking their first work experience abroad. Inspired by our founder’s own Erasmus journey, we focus on this area we know best, making a real impact through these life-changing opportunities that open doors for students and graduates.
Note: My Internship is an independent, privately operated platform with no official affiliation with the Erasmus+ program or the European Commission. We promote Erasmus+ internships posted by third-party companies and facilitate application submission. All subsequent processes, including interviews and onboarding, are managed solely by the employer.
Any company or nonprofit organization based in Erasmus+ participating countries can post internship openings, provided they meet the following criteria:
We reserve the right to review, approve, or decline internship postings and employers that do not meet our standards at its sole discretion.
Employers can register and post their first internship after we have been in contact via email or call ensure the proposed role(s) meet our quality standards. Once registered, you’re able to post additional internships directly from your dashboard. We also provide resources and examples to assist with creating a strong job description.
Currently, posting internships on My Internship is free of charge.
Students apply directly through the platform, and applications are sent to employers for review. Employers handle all communication, interviews, and hiring decisions. My Internship facilitates the connection but doesn’t intervene after the application submission.
As a host company, you are required to complete the Learning Agreement for Student Mobility for Traineeships. This formal document outlines the intern’s role, responsibilities, and learning objectives, and it must be signed by you (the employer), the student/graduate, and the student’s university. While Erasmus+ interns typically receive grants to cover most living expenses, offering additional support such as stipends or benefits is encouraged and can enhance the attractiveness of your position.
