About the Company

CPDIS – Centre for the Development of Structural Instruments is a youth-focused organization with extensive experience in working directly with young people and delivering impactful projects across Europe.

We’ve successfully implemented multiple EU-funded initiatives and partnered with over 20 organizations across the continent. More than 1,000 young people in Romania have taken part in our local projects, gaining valuable skills that support their transition into active life.

In collaboration with our international partners, we’ve also sent over 250 young people abroad through youth exchanges, all of whom received certificates recognizing their newly acquired competences.

Our mission is to design and implement community-based programs funded through public or EU sources, contributing to the sustainable development of society and empowering young people to grow, connect, and lead.
