Do you want to get actively involved in educational, cultural, and international projects? CPDIS Association is looking for motivated young people for a dynamic internship where youโ€™ll learn through non-formal education methods, take part in organizing local and international events, and work alongside a team experienced in Erasmus+ and social inclusion projects. You will contribute to promoting cultural diversity, human rights, and personal development through practical and creative activities. Your tasks and responsibilities

General Responsibilities of a CPDIS Intern
  • Support in organizing Erasmus+ projects and local events โ€“ assist in planning and implementing international mobility projects and local youth events alongside the CPDIS team.
  • Logistical support โ€“ manage bookings, prepare materials, and communicate with participants to ensure efficient project coordination and delivery.
  • Workshops and non-formal education โ€“ co-facilitate workshops, team-building activities, intercultural sessions, and other group-based learning experiences.
  • Communication & promotion โ€“ create and schedule social media content, stay in touch with participants and volunteers, and support outreach through newsletters, articles, and post-event campaigns.
  • Research & writing โ€“ conduct research on youth-related topics and draft informative resources, guides, or articles for CPDIS platforms.
  • Administrative support โ€“ prepare attendance sheets, participant lists, and basic reports; maintain organized archives and project documentation.
  • Direct interaction with youth โ€“ engage with young people during activities, encourage discussion, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive group atmosphere.
  • Personal and professional development โ€“ take part in internal trainings and receive regular feedback and guidance from mentors to grow your skills and confidence.

Training and learning elements of internship

You will acquire knowledge on: Project Coordination, Non-Formal Education Methods, Teamwork and Leadership, Communication and Public Speaking, Social Media and Content Creation, Event Planning and Logistics, Cultural Awareness and Intercultural Competence, Research and Report Writing, Problem-Solving and Adaptability, Time Management and Organization
You will acquire skills in: Erasmus+ and youth project management, Non-formal education principles and tools, Social inclusion and youth engagement strategies, Intercultural communication and diversity, Digital communication and online dissemination

Skills and experience
  • Communication skills โ€“ both written and verbal, in English and/or Romanian
  • Teamwork and collaboration โ€“ ability to work well in multicultural and diverse teams
  • Creativity and initiative โ€“ especially in educational, youth, or social projects
  • Digital literacy โ€“ using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms
  • Passionate about non-formal education, intercultural learning, and youth engagement
  • Committed to promoting inclusion, active citizenship, and lifelong learning
  • Adaptable, communicative, and eager to learn in diverse environments
  Other experience - not mandatary:
  • Volunteering in NGOs, schools, or youth clubs
  • Participation in Erasmus+ or local youth projects

Participants will benefit from continuous mentorship, access to training sessions on non-formal education and project management, participation in local and international events (subject to availability), and a certificate of completion recognizing their involvement and acquired skills. CPDIS also offers support with recommendation letters, networking opportunities, and flexible working arrangements to support learning and development.
