YOUR Tasks and responsibilitIes

Internship consists of support of our daily activities, both in sea and in land. Office work will also be a part of the internship. 

  • Accompanying and monitoring customers during various activities carried out by our team, such as Whale Watching, Canyoning, Hiking, Multisport activities.
  • Maintenance of the material used in the same activities; 
  • Support in the commercial area, such as contact with partners, database update, comercial contacts, email response.
  • Support  maintain your social media channels

 

Training and learning elements of internship

You will acquire knowledge on:

Tourism dynamics and customer service.

You will acquire skills in:

Outdoor activities dynamization (Whale Watching, Canyoning, Hiking, Biking, Canoeing and Sightseeing Tours)

Material maintenance 

Database maintenance 

Booking software skills

 

YOUR PROFILE

Education

You are bachelor/master’s student in nature tourism, hospitality or similar areas.

Skills and experience

What we look for: 

– Good knowledge of English and French (eliminatory factor). German is a plus; 

– Work experience in the tourism area (preferential factor); 

– Good communication skills; 

– Good knowledge of the tourism and hospitality sector; 

– Dynamism;

– People skills and basic computer skills.
